Include the page or feature involved, what you expected, what happened, and any safe-to-share error text. For account requests, include the email address attached to the account.
We aim to respond to support requests within 3 business days.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, authentication links, API keys, payment details, or private audio attachments by email. Support may ask for a job identifier or share URL when needed to investigate.
Data and copyright requests
Use the same support address for account-data questions, deletion requests, or reports involving a public shared mix. For copyright complaints, follow the notice requirements on our Copyright Policy.
